What is Annex Cloud?
Annex Cloud has a unique unified platform for Customer Loyalty that creates a way to incent customers to take any number of actions from purchasing, to referring friends, sharing pictures, and connecting through social media.
This helps encourage our customers to take steps to engage with our brand beyond just purchases.
Customer Loyalty with Annex Cloud offers an impactful way to increase repeat purchase rates without discounting. There are many options for customers to earn incentives for repeatedly shopping with Morphe.
Sign in with Username and Password:

Once logged in you will be able to select the site depending on region,
Select the report where you need to take action under Your Reports.
The Annex Cloud Dashboard has 6 different sections frequently used.
- Member
- All Interactions
- Points
- Rewards
- Manual Adjustments
To access the customer account you will use the email address, the dates are to be left as is
Member Report
You will click on the hyperlink to access the account information,
This will take you to an overview of the account to view recent activities, and current points available, edit customer info, etc.
Interactions Tab
You can use the Interactions Tab to see every interaction performed by the Customer and how many points were collected per date, expired points, rewards redeemed, and used.

Points Tab
When you search a customer under the Points tab, you will be able to see all the actions performed per action code, the points earned, points available, used points and you will also be able to manually add or remove points for a customer using this section.
Rewards Tab
You can search for reward codes using this tab.
Use the Customer’s Email/ID to locate any rewards issued. You will find the type of reward, the reward code, and the reward status
Once a Reward has been Claimed, the action cannot be undone. See Canned Response in Freshdesk, Morphe Rewards - Undo Claiming Reward to properly message the customer.
If the customer used their Reward Code for an Order placed online, you will find it under Order ID. You can search the Order ID at the Top Search Bar in Shopify to locate the order.
Manual Adjustment
Use the Manual Adjustment to add points for retail purchases made or online orders that did not receive points for that transaction.
