Purpose: To create return labels for US customers for Morphe and Jaclyn Cosmetics.

Process:

1. 

Open Stamps App. 

Username : Morphe105

Password: safe1212

2. 

Go to the top right corner under File, select Email Return Label

3. Fill out the following 

Ship From: Customers name and shipping address 

Return To: Select Brand in your Contacts list, all US returns arrive at the same Rialto location the only thing that changes is the Brand name: Jaclyn Cosmetics or Morphe

Email label To: Agent email address 

RMA Number: is the order number and your initials 

Weight: Check weight on Shopify Order, consider only items being returned. You may upgrade the box if needed.

Once you have entered all required fields you can Send Email, and the label will arrive in your outlook.

Go to your personal work email, Open and select the Download return label.
