PURPOSE: When you need to process a refund for shipping fee, honored promo, or any other order issue.

PROCEDURE:
1.) Look up order on Shopify
-On Top left corner select REFUND option.
2.) Depending on why you are issuing a refund for you will do the following:
- For Honored discount refund you will manually add the amount that needs to be refunded along with the reason.
EXAMPLE: Amount to be refunded $48.60 with code SUMMER50.
- If you are refunding an item from the order.
EXAMPLE: Select the SKU you want to refund with the correct quantity.
****Always remember to - UNCHECK the restock box.
-Lastly, if you are refunding the shipping fee.
EXAMPLE: Manually add the amount under shipping + reason.
