Purpose: Feedback submitted by customers via Narvar that is used to proactively outreach customers and resolve or improve any unsatisfactory experience.


Requirements: 


  1. Open emailed report received. Copy & Paste highlighted columns (B-H) from the report into the Box file.
  2. Go to Box file, select column B, and under conditional formatting, filter for any duplicates.

    - Conditional formatting - Highlight Cell rules- Duplicate values- Apply

  3. Remove any duplicate orders (in Red).
