Purpose: Feedback submitted by customers via Narvar that is used to proactively outreach customers and resolve or improve any unsatisfactory experience.
Requirements:
- Access to Box File- Customer Feedback- https://morphe.app.box.com/integrations/officeonline/openOfficeOnline?fileId=724179736591&sharedAccessCode
- You will need an email report -Morphe - Customer Feedback
- Open emailed report received. Copy & Paste highlighted columns (B-H) from the report into the Box file.
Go to Box file, select column B, and under conditional formatting, filter for any duplicates.
- Conditional formatting - Highlight Cell rules- Duplicate values- Apply
- Remove any duplicate orders (in Red).
