PURPOSE:
 
Tracking numbers on an order is important for us to locate where the package currently is. This will help agents determine if the order was delivered successfully or if the order was lost in transit.
 

DISTRIBUTION:

  • Callcare Team
  • Escalations Team
  • Operations Team

PROCEDURE: 
 

  1. Once you retrieve a tracking number from a 3PL, search for order on Shopify.
  2. Select Mark as Fulfilled. 

 

  1. Once the Fulfillment page loads, copy the tracking number and paste it in the tracking information.
    1. If the shipping carrier isn’t listed, select Other.

 

  1. IF Shipment is still in transit. 
    1. Check the Send shipment details to your customer now.

***If the order shows delivered DO NOT check the send shipment details now****

  1. Select Fulfill items once completed.
