PURPOSE:
If the client has issues logging into their account, we can send the client an email to reset their password.

PROCEDURE:
- Open Shopify.
- Select the Customers’ tab on the left side.
- Select the search bar under the Customers page. Type in the client’s first and last name or email.
- Select Reset password under the client’s name.
- A prompt will pop up confirming if you want to Reset the password. Select Reset password.
Advise the client to check their inbox and junk mail for the email.
