PURPOSE:

            If the client has issues logging into their account, we can send the client an email to reset their password.

PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Open Shopify.
  2. Select the Customers’ tab on the left side.
  3. Select the search bar under the Customers page. Type in the client’s first and last name or email.
  4. Select Reset password under the client’s name. 
  5. A prompt will pop up confirming if you want to Reset the password. Select Reset password.
  6. Advise the client to check their inbox and junk mail for the email.
