PURPOSE:

When a client does not know their gift card number, we can provide them the git card numbers in the Portal.

• Clutch – Platform used to check the balance of an active/inactive gift card

PROCEDURE: 

1. Login to Shopify.
2. Under Products, select Gift cards.
3. Use the search bar and search for the recipient email.

4. Select the Gift Card.

5. Scroll to the Order Timeline and select the Clutch order and take note of when the Gift Card was issued.

6. ­In a separate tab, log into your Clutch account. Set up your Two-Factor Authentication.

7. Select Portal.
   
8. At the top of the ribbon, select Accounting.
9. Select Transactions.

10. Select the Date Range at the top. Change from Today to Custom Range. Select the date the Gift Card was issued by Clutch. Select Apply.
    
11. In the search bar, include the Clutch order number from Shopify search for the transaction. Select Apply.
12. The full gift card number(s) will now show.
