- Locate Customer Order information.
- Under the timeline section, locate the Gift Card Code link. Right click to open in new tab for review.
3. Review the Gift Card details section to view details like Creation Date, Balance, Order number in which it was purchased and who purchased the gift card.
4. Towards the bottom of the page, you will show the option to resend the gift card to the email address on file. (If the email is different, the email will need to be updated before resending the gift card).
5. You will also find the option to disable the gift card if needed – This will also need to be refunded on the original order page once disabled.
Note: To disable gift card, use the Disable Gift card feature. Once the card has been disabled, you will show a notification to confirm that the card has been disabled. Similarly, you will show a notification if the gift card was resent. Be sure to copy and paste this into the notes section to confirm the cancelation of the card or the resend action.
If you have disabled the gift card, be sure to refund the card as well.
