Steps to locating,  additional Tracking links-


EU- Some orders shipped via Evri will not have tracking details so you will need to do the following:

  • Select tracking number on Shopify- You will be redirected to Narvar- Track order, once you get redirected to Evri you will have to manually search the order.


  • Evri will redirect you to their International Portal- Select "View More Tracking" and you will be redirected to the local carrier post. Example below shows Local (Netherlands Carrier). 
  • Below I will add a list of Local carriers depending on Location based on previous orders we've received. Once you locate the "Carrier Tracking #" Highlighted above you can use these links to track your order.
