Logging Fake Morphe Websites Reported by Customers SOP

 

PURPOSE: Unfortunately, there are many false websites pretending to be Morphe. Potential customers are scammed into purchasing from these websites because of the similarity in the website link or because of the similarity in products listed on the Fake Website.

When a customer emails or calls in to report a Fake Morphe website, we can collect the website information and log it in our system. This feedback will be shared with the appropriate team who will be able to take action against them.

When a customer reports a Fake Website, if the website link is provided, log it under the Fake Websites Box File

If the link or website name is not provided, request it from the customer so we can properly log it in our system. 

Log the following information:

  • Date Reported
  • Link to the Fake Website
  • Promo Code issued for the customer
  • Agent Initials
  • Any Notes that might be helpful
