Customer Account Overview
What is Morphe Rewards?
Morphe Rewards is our free rewards program that is currently available to our customers on all sites. When a customer joins Morphe Rewards, they will earn points on product purchases. They can also earn points for other actions such as connecting their social media accounts and referring to a friend.
Customers can join Morphe Rewards online or in-store by visiting morphe.com/rewards and selecting "Join Now/ Sign In." Customers must be at least 16 years of age to join, and they must create a Morphe account to sign up.
Points are collected for every $1 the customer spends at Morphe (both online and in-store), excluding money spent on gift cards, taxes, shipping, and delivery charges. The customer will be asked at the time of their in-store purchase if they wish to collect points for the purchase. The cashier will enter the customer's email, and it may take 48 hrs. for points to load to their account.
The program launched on October 29, 2020 and customers cannot earn any points on historic purchases made before joining Morphe Rewards or before the date of October 29, 2020
The number of points earned depends on the Tier the customer is in at the time of purchase.
There are three tiers:
- Rising Star $0 - $75
- Hot Shot $76 - $200
- Icon $201 +
Points earned per dollar spent based on each Tier:
- Rising Star 1 Point per dollar
- Hot Shot 1.25 points per dollar
- Icon 1.5 points per dollar
*Points are accrued based on the tier the customer is in *currently* at the time of purchase.
For example, a Hot Shot customer has currently spent $190, and they are accruing 1.25 points per dollar spent. On the next purchase, the customer spends $40 they will still only accrue 1.25 points on that transaction. (Even though they now have spent over $201 to bump them into the Icon tier)
Once the points have been reflected in the system, the customer will move into the Icon tier and begin accruing 1.5 points per dollar spent, on all future orders moving forward.

Select Join Now
If an account already exists, you will be asked to sign in to join.
Creating a new account:
Fill out the requested information, and agree to join the program.
Once you have created or signed in to your Morphe account, select Morphe Rewards.
You will be redirected to a pop up that will ask you to accept the terms and conditions
You are all set and now you have a Morphe Rewards account!

Only the customer can view the rewards page. Any actions to be made internally must be actioned using Annex Cloud.
The Morphe Rewards section will show the customer their Membership Status, Points Balance, and Total Dollars Spent.
There are four tabs within the account section.
- Benefits
- Earn
- Rewards
- Activity
The Benefits tab will show the customer all the different Reward Perks they can earn Per Tier.
The Earn tab will show the customer the different ways they can collect points.
Some actions are a one-time action, and the customer will know when an action has been completed.
*Once a profile is completed, the information cannot be changed by the customer. Profile details such as the Birth Date, Phone Number, or Email address can be changed internally using AnnexCloud.
The Rewards tab shows the customer the different rewards they can unlock, depending on how many points they have accumulated.
Points must be redeemed for coupons within 365 days from the date they were earned; otherwise, they will expire.
Redeemed Coupons will be listed towards the bottom of the page.
Once a Coupon is unlocked, the coupon will not expire, and this action cannot be reversed.
The customer will be asked to confirm they want to redeem the coupon when selected.
The Activity tab will show the customer their activity history, the date actioned, the points collected, and the points expiration date.
