Purpose:

When the tracking is invalid/label created, we would need FOUR business days to pass if the order may update.


Procedure:

  1. Locate the order number on Shopify
  2. Click the available tracking number
  3. Check the error showing
    • If the tracking shows as Label Created, please allow FOUR BUSINESS DAYS for the tracking to update
      1. If the tracking information shows movement within the FOUR business days, advise the client of the current status of their order/ETA of arrival
      2. If the tracking information shows NO movement/additional scans by the 5th day, RESHIP the entire order.
        • When issuing the reshipment on Shopify, include the discount reason for reshipment as Complimentary Reship
        • Update the Root cause as Shipping Issue- Label Created no Movement and Resolution as Issued Replacement when closing the ticket
    • If the tracking shows Invalid Tracking Number, please allow FOUR BUSINESS DAYS for the tracking to update
      1. If the tracking information shows movement within the FOUR BUSINESS DAYS, advise the client of the current status of their order/ETA of arrival.
      2. If the tracking information shows NO movement/additional scans by the 5th day, RESHIP the entire order.
        • When issuing the reshipment on Shopify, include the discount reason for reshipment as Complimentary Reship 
        • Include root cause as Tracking issue- Invalid Tracking and resolution as Issued Replacement when closing the ticket.
