PURPOSE:
 
Both Narvar and Shopify tracking numbers for International packages are not updating properly and therefore invalid. When we come across this issue, we can navigate the current status of orders using the tracking ID on Landmark’s page.

PROCEDURE: 
 

  1. Locate the 11 Digit Landmark tracking number that starts with R on the shipped order.
  2. Follow the Tracking link provided by the system and you will find inaccurate information per the example below.
  1. Open a separate tab in your browser and paste the following link

  1. Copy and Paste the 11-digit number located on Shopify at the end of the link

 

 

  1. View the correct tracking details and provide the full tracking link to the customer.
