  4. IF you DO NOT have access to Morphe US Shopify. Transfer to tier 2

    1. Advise customer that they will receive an order update within 1-2 business days. 

  5. IF you DO have access to Morphe US Shopify

    1. Verify 3 pieces of information

      1. Name

      2. Billing address

      3. Email address

      4. Shipping address

      5. Phone number


      1. Educate customer on processing/shipping time frame

      2. Advise them once the order ships they will receive tracking information via email

        1. Verify email address back to customer

      3. If order has shipped provide customer tracking number

        1. Verify email address back to customer

    2. Wrap phone call ORDER STATUS –International 3PL

  6. Ask if there is anything else you can help with.
